Location great balcony very nice feature enjoyed it but since my door was near the entrance of passageway lot of noise staff was really helpful and courteous. At the time of check out we met pratima she has such a lovely smile and friendly nature.

Not sure what all the 7.0s are about reading the reviews. Stayed here for 4 nights, needing a refuge and a bit of luxury from the hustle and bustle of Northern India after traveling for 3 weeks before flying home. The Radisson exceeded my expectations. Brilliant Radisson hotel in a fantastic location for exploring New and Old Delhi. Rooms perfectly soundproofed creating a refuge from the honking and constant noise of busy Connaught Place. All the staff, from the doormen & security, reception, waiters and housekeeping staff are incredibly welcoming with a smile, namaste and quick conversation. Most expansive freshly cooked tasty breakfast I have ever had in any hotel across the world, both western and Indian offers. The kebab factory offers a mouthwatering, and stuffing, tasting menu for a reasonable price. Comfortable standard hotel rooms, sufficient space, really fluffy duvet and pillows which were much needed after traveling. Lovely hot shower and clean washroom. Yeah, reading some of the reviews there are several complaints about Hawkers and Homeless outside, but that's not the Radissons problem, more of a Delhi problem and no reason to mark down the hotel in my opinion.

The location is fantastic in terms of shopping, restaurants and downtown shenanigans. The balcony Room is great but is a little small along with the bed but it is cozy. Room service has a great menu and the food is good but the price is a little high but then again the discount we got made it reasonable. The room amenities are really good along with a full fridge full of alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks with different snacks and tidbits all for a payment. The building is a heritage with very modern rooms. The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming and attentive.

Location is at the heart of Connaught Place - the right amount of bustling and calm. The staff were super helpful especially Abhishek, Anmol and Sanjay at the reception, Tarun as our housekeeper and the security guys - Jyoti, Vijender, Bharat, Akash, Mukesh, Chandan and Rupesh. Would highly recommend this hotel for a getaway in Delhi !

All the rooms of this Radisson are on a very long floor. One side to the street: very noisy from the traffic. The other side to the back. Not much noise from outside. But walls are very thin and therefore very noisy from the floor. A room, which is at the beginning of the floor can be problematic at night, because a lot of loudly talking people passing by to get to their rooms. The staff was extremely helpful, and accepted my wish to exchange my room to a room at the end of the floor, where it was much quieter.

We were delighted with our stay. It’s a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the main markets and get the metro around Delhi from our doorstep. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and they put on the most amazing gala night. We danced in to the early hours and the food was incredible. Staff all lovely. All went above and beyond. So helpful and friendly. We particularly loved Surender, the concierge. One of the nicest hotels of our entire tour.

The housekeeping services, and the front desk management made me absolutely welcome and comfortable, gladly changing my room where someone had smoked inside it, and they moved me to a better room. I'm most grateful as had a 4-day stay at the hotel booked.

Location was '' bang-on'', excellent. You walk out to the best restaurant's, eateries in C.P. Break fast was great. The house keeping responded very fast and efficiently and effectively serviced all requirements. The Front desk also was good.

The staff were super helpful. Since I was there just for a night and tired after a long flight, it was a pleasant surprise to find out that they had upgraded me to a better suite. I wasn't there long enough to check out all their offer amenities, but the room was very clean and well managed and I could also leave my luggage there after checkout so that I could explore delhi for some hours stress-free. Cleanliness was top-notch.
